【材料】（3人前 / Serves 3）
・ ジャガイモ：3個 / Potatoes: 3
・ クレイジーソルト：お好み量（塩でもOK） / Krazy Salt: To taste (Salt is also OK)
・ おろしにんにく：小さじ1 / Grated garlic: 1 tsp
・ バター：10g / Butter: 10g
・ チーズ：3枚 / Cheese: 3 slices
・ ベーコン：2パック / Bacon: 2 packs
・ オリーブオイル / Olive oil
お好みで粉チーズ、ブラックペッパー、彩りでパセリ / Optional: Grated cheese, black pepper, and parsley for garnish
※普通のジャガイモを使う場合は芽や青くなってる皮は必ず取って下さい。

旬の新じゃがを使った『やみつきハッセルバックポテト』を作りました。
皮付きの新じゃがの香り、クレイジーソルトの香り、にんにくのやみつき感が超マッチしててめっちゃ美味しいです。
普通のじゃがいもでも美味しいんですけど、新じゃがならではの少しシャキッとした食感もまたたまらんのですよ🤤
あと皮付きのポテトの香り。これが個人的にめっちゃ好きなんです👍
具材挟んだらあとは機械に任せっきりの簡単なレシピになっているので
ぜひ作ってみて下さい。
